There is nothing more intimidating than being practically naked in front of an audience of 900 people, but that’s precisely what my guest Derek Smith has been doing. He played Tarzan on the Hale Center Theatre stage 7 years ago, then got after his programming career and also got into a car accident and had to will his body back into shape over 2 years to play that role again. We talk about his journey and what you can do to make sure that you can keep after your own fitness goals.
