Ever wondered how to build confidence? Have you experienced a significant power distance between you and your boss or someone of importance in your realm of existence? We shouldn’t feel intimidated to ask our boss how their weekend was, or if they know of any good Thai Restaurants because they are human too, and once you can break down the distance and realize that they put on their pants one leg at a time too, and that they have needs and wants just like you do, then you can start to see the humanity in everyone and reduce this artificial gap we created in our minds and start to feel on equal footing with them and regain our confidence in any situation.
