Why do we men think it’s not cool or unmanly to ask for help? Do we really think that this will get us what we want faster? How do the most successful people gain all that success? Well, they certainly didn’t do it all by themselves. It’s become a stigma for men to ask for help without realizing that this kneecaps them from getting what they want much faster.
True strength is being willing to relinquish leadership to someone who knows what they’re doing more than you do.
