Sexual assertiveness starts with low level sensuality and it can’t have strings attached. You can’t do something like giving her a backrub and expect to get sex out of that. You have to do that because you genuinely want to get her to be more relaxed and then just read the signals she gives. But she will immediately sense if you do that and have expectations behind it.
