I’m not a religious person, but if I was, I would have to say, my religion is love. I talk about the human need for love and even some of the origins of it. What is the difference between feeling a gong and a thud, and what it means to truly understand your feelings and gut and to see how that can guide you going forward. I also talk about why I do this podcast and what impact I want to make on masculinity in the world today to make this world a better place for everyone.
